The Publisher
It is from her childhood in a small town in the South of France that Maëlys Moulin gets her passionate taste for olive oil, as well as her attachment to what is good and beneficial.
No need for degrees when you have curiosity, enthusiasm and a zest for life as your baggage. After living in New York, London and the south of Spain as part of her previous experiences (she was a dancer before climbing the ladder in a sports betting company to manage 30 people), the thirty-year-old settled in Paris, from where she launched Terres Olive, the olive oil brand with which she intends to revolutionize the genre.
The young entrepreneur now takes on the role of publisher of green gold, selecting the best olive oils and educating her clients' palates through tasting sessions that she leads with pedagogy and sensitivity.
